My favorite link-up to last week’s linky party was by SillyPearl, who submitted a free sewing clock pillow pattern that’s designed to teach your toddler how to read the time.

Clock Pillow Pattern
Years ago now, we featured Silly Pearl- Steph’s other cool applique pillow with a teach-your-kids-useful-stuff theme. It was a pillow to teach her kids how to read the clock. Today, I want to put her in the limelight for the companion pillow she created just now. It is an applique pillow designed to teach her kids how to tie their shoe laces. Fabulous.
Years ago, I came across a children’s book that taught kids how to tie shoe laces, and I always thought it was a cool idea. However, having your own shoelace tie-ing pillow is an even better idea. Both pillows are so well executed with vibrant colors and trim and all.
