They look really great. What creative cake designs for any boy or man to get as a birthday cake!

And, it’s not just looks. The recipe sounds pretty yummy also! Plus, with ingredients like crushed pineapple and real pumpkin puree, they’re healthier than your regular kinda cake. I can’t wait to try out the recipe.

Healthy Rugby Ball Cake Recipe

On the inside its really a pineapple cake.

Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup real pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla or almond extract (or a combo)
2 eggs

Cake-making Instructions

Blend well and bake according to the box.

Tip on oven heat vs. time:
If you are making a cake in a deep pan or bowl, bake at 325 instead of the standard 350. It will definitely take longer, but this reduces the risk of the cake ending up over-cooked on the outside and still runny on the inside. The baseball cake in the photo took over an hour this way.

Decorate with homemade chocolate icing and a little green coconut grass!

Well, the chickens in this household are living in the coziest coop I’ve ever seen. This is their window flower-box, and that’s just one of the fun little details of this whimsical coop make-over. By Life at Fire Lake Camp (site no longer active)

Easy to make. Perhaps we should all go make Easter Mouses instead of bunnies this year. By by Muffins n More (muffinsnmore.blogspot.com/2011/04/mr-mouse.html)
