Julia at Buzy Bunny has been busy: making this beautiful & whimsical Spring Paper Flower Topiary, and making us a tutorial to boot. In fact, I love how simple this instruction to make paper flowers is, even though we written about this before.
You could use your super heavy, indulgent & beautiful scrapbooking paper for the topiary (see below). This will be easiest.
However, I bet that equally beautiful results can be had by a creative recycled paper artist. Actually, I think that this paper flower topiary would also look wonderful in all white, made with recycled copy paper… As I am in love with all things white, maybe I’ll do a demo for you one day.
But in the meanwhile, enjoy these wonderful color pictures from Julia, as they not only show a gorgeous end product, they also show clearly how easy it is to make these paper flowers: Cut, roll, shape and glue.
