I don’t know what got into me. I never write about weddings. I must be in a romantic mood today because these vintage shabby chic burlap and lace combinations just scream wedding ideas and Valentine decorations to me. Funny thing is, I like them for my home too.

The Best of Vintage Shabby Chic

Being selective, let me show you the best of the vintage shabby chic burlap & lace wedding party decorations. I think that they offer great scrapbooking inspiration for Valentines Day crafts and, of course, to create equally stunning weddings of your own.

Jessie’s wedding

Scrapbooking idea for a darling vintage shabby chic guestbook.

Burlap roses with pearls, a most-romantic combination.

Laura’s wedding

Over-sized bow in burlap and lace.  I like this for our bedroom, year-round.

Baby’s breath; such sweetness. A rock with a monogram. Rings of wood on burlap banner. A photo on a grey tile. A simple white pillar candle. Ribbons and lace.

Timeless twig wreath with vintage lace and burlap & white linen roses. Guest bedroom adornment? Or maybe for that not-yet existing walk-in closet in my bedroom. (smile). A darling gift for a friend.

  1. I love these romantic touches…perfect for Valentine’s too!! That reminds me…I have a wedding post that I did the part one to in the fall and never did part two. This would be the perfect time of year to finish it off. Thanks for all the inspiration.
