Italian Ceramics
Italian dinnerware is something that makes my life happy. There’s something so artistic about it, and yes this type of table ware is also utterly cozy and elegant ~ all at the same time.
The classic dinnerware pieces have always been sought after by the rich and noble.
Famous Italian ceramic artisans reside in Umbria (near Orvieto) in Deruta and Gubbio; in Tuscany; but also nearby where we live, in Civita Castellana in Rome, Lazio; as well as Sicilia in Southern Italy. My favorite are classic patterns of Deruta pottery.
