In Remembrance

sympathy_wreaths Today’s post is suspended in solidarity with the great losses endured by the people in Newtown, Connecticut, as a result of last week’s tragic and incomprehensible massacre of 20 primary school children plus 6 adults.

Let me share President Obama’s speech to the community, at Newtown Connecticut Vigil For Families of Shooting Victims.

Also, let me take a moment to express my sympathy to other communities around the world who are also experiencing terrible hardship caused by similar tragedies.

With disturbing similarity to the Newtown drama, in Chengping village, in the Henan province of China, also last week, an elderly woman and 22 primary school children were attacked and stabbed by a Chinese knifeman. While none died, many children are severe injured and hospitalized.

I would like to express my sympathy to all grieving and experiencing loss.
